Had enjoyable stay for 4 nights, the staff were top-class, location was lovely right on the beachfront. The food was outstanding and served in the café. The room was great-sized and brand-new with comfortable bed, and I slept very well. Location: the hotel was short walk to the the beach and other amenities, Close to the sea and two excellent restaurants and other shops...

I particularly loved the comfortable king-sized bed, which made falling asleep a breeze. The staff were incredibly helpful and ensured that my rooms were always spotless. Additionally, the hotel offers basic amenities and is conveniently located near local shops and restaurants.

All was well, nothing to complain about!

It was serviced everyday. Walking distance from good restaurants. Bus stop infront of hotel to the waterfront and hop on hop off bus.

The staff is friendly but made mistakes on check in and check out. Our invoice was 25% more on check out, however it was adjusted when I questioned it.

Location was pretty good, very close to the shops in Sea Point and just across the road from the bus stop...

On;y the 6 sleeper rooms have views of the ocean, otherwise no sea- facing apartments for double rooms etc

Everything was perfectly fine, no reason to complain, I couldn't recommend more it. That was great and beautiful hotel set in safe area, adjacent to many restaurants, Mojo Food Market, Woolworths, grocery shops, shops and medical centres, the MyCiTi Bus. The location was the best for my stay, 500 feet from Sea Point Swimming Pool. Excellent service, though a few employees were kind of rude.

I like the location of the hotel which is close to the sea side promenad and nearby shopping and dining, and the wide accomdation which has a bedroom, a living room and kitchen (with all the appliances) that makes staying more relaxed. Stuffs are very helpful.

What I don't like is the oldness of the elevator and toilets (just old not unclean.) There is no complimentary shuttle bus from Airport to hotel.

Although there are some minor areas for improvement, overall, my stay at this hotel was fantastic.

The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city. I loved being right on the promenade, it made for beautiful walks at sunrise and sunset. There were also plenty of dining options nearby, which was convenient. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome during my stay. The rooms were clean and spacious, and I enjoyed the great views. I would recommend this hotel for both holiday and business trips.

The room was ok, but no view ( view to a inner hall). Antique hotel, needs some renovations. The price was too high for the room.

the Suits was very nice just the staff was not helpful ..the check in time said 2pm but the only allowed to to check in at 4 ...we were very tired after the long flight from KZN - South Coast.......

We loved the hotel's location, right on the promenade with easy access to long walks and close to everything. The facilities were clean and well looked after. Parking was easy, and the staff was helpful.
